Terms & Conditions

• Your order will be shipped by The Flag Shop in your territory, which is determined by postal code. You will receive an email notification after placing your order which will advise you of which Flag Shop is looking after your order. If you wish to find out prior to placing your order which Flag Shop will be servicing you, please call 1-800-663-8681 or email info@flagshop.com. When contacting us by email, please provide your postal code.
• Prices are in Canadian Dollars.
• Prices are subject to change without notice before acceptance of your order. If there are price changes, you will be contacted prior to your order being shipped.
• Prices are NET and do not include federal and provincial taxes. In Canada, PST, GST and HST, where applicable, are extra.
• Orders are FOB The Flag Shop. Shipping charges are extra. To make special shipping arrangements, please contact The Flag Shop handling your order.
• International and US orders are shipped from our Head Office in Vancouver, BC. Duty and brokerage fees, if applicable, will be charged directly to you by the carrier.
• Loss or damage of goods while in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
• Defective goods must be reported to The Flag Shop that handled your order within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
• The Flag Shop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, fires, accidents, material storages, carrier delays or other causes beyond our control. We will notify you immediately of any delays.
• Each Flag Shop location has its own policy for returns and refunds. Returns and exchanges are only possible through the location which handled your order. For more information, please contact The Flag Shop that serviced you.
• Custom orders, special orders, and custom modifications are generally non-refundable but please contact The Flag Shop that serviced you for more information.
